This week I loaded a roll of expired Portra 800 in my MP and took a late afternoon walk around Hermosa Beach. It’s pretty rare for me to shoot color film, the ratio is probably 20 to 1 in favor of black and white, but I have to say that I like the deep, saturated colors of these photos.
I used my Leica MP, 50mm Summicron, expired Portra 800 and developed at home using an Arista C-41 kit.
