Three Days in Vegas

When Becki returned home after working all winter in Winnipeg, her first desire was to go somewhere hot, sit by a pool and have someone deliver drinks and food to her.

So, we spent three days in Las Vegas.

The drive was easy and a short four hours later we were checking into the Vdara Hotel. Since neither one of us has any interest in gambling, the next three days would simply be lounging, drinking and eating. Maybe a show. But, mostly lounging.

Having rekindled my long lost relationship with the Holga, she was my camera of choice for the trip. I packed several rolls of Ilford Pan F Plus since we would have nothing but blazing Nevada sunshine. Here are some photos taken around the pool. I really couldn’t be bothered to wander too far, but I managed to expose a few rolls anyway.

And some more from the ride home.

For some reason, I feel the need to include the film border when I scan the Holga frames. I have no idea why.

The film was developed in HC 110 (1+49) for 6 minutes at 68º.
